| Notes | The Sonatina for flute and oboe is one of McLeod's earliest compositions, dating from 1960, and was composed for two student friends, Atarah Ben-Tovim (flute) and Valerie Taylor (oboe). They gave the piece its first performance at a concert at the Royal Academy of Music, London on 12th January 1961. The manuscript was rediscovered in 2008 and in 2010 was revised and re-edited by the composer. |
