| Programme Note | Snatches of tune are heard from the ither side o' the hill, through the whistlin wind, then the grim determined trampin of feet as the music gets closer. Is it aye a ghostly Hielan army approachin? But we neednae ha'e worried - it's jist a group o' weary by cheery travellers, and they're no botherin, despite a wee tait adverse weather, a slight breeze, a wee bittie moisture i' the air, a wee touch thunder and lichtnin. It's aa wan, and we join them on their quest for a warm heath, a wee dram and some entertainment. |
