| Programme Note | What's the smallest space in which an idea can be presented and developed? Here ideas are pared down to their bare essentials, and as soon as they begin to be developed they are abandoned in favour of something new. This version of the piece even takes the miniaturisation process a stage fruther in making two instruments tackle material that originally required three : flute, violin & piano. |
