| Programme Note | This is one of the pieces from "Peregrine - A Quest". The words are meant to be a mixture of prose, poetry and analysis of the music. The piece is in three sections entitles: - 1. One Note / New World 2. One Note / All the Notes 3. All the Notes / One World The !st 2 sections are purely instrumental. The voices - entering in section 3 - describe what has happened in the previous 2 sections, as well as briefly describing the 3rd section. Therefore section 3 is in itself divided into 3 sections, which are named in the score with the same 3 titles as above. Thus an endless cycle is implied. |
